Spanning 2,436㎡, the site hosts a municipally listed heritage building defined by distinct British Arts and Crafts architectural traits. A renovation and expansion carried out in the late 1990s fully preserved the historic street facade, establishing a clear cultural anchor for this landscape retrofit. Guided by the core tenets of the Arts and Crafts Movement, the design team delivered a localized contemporary interpretation of the century-old heritage private garden.
